David Eidt was your typical counselor with big dreams of helping others and no real clue how to make it happen. Frustrated with the number of preventable problems that showed up in his counseling office, he decided to create a simple “how-to” course and blog on the internet as a way to give back. Suddenly, his phone started ringing with a very different type of client. Clients called that were willing to pay cash AND drive great distances to see him because of what they learned through the blog and eCourse. Other calls came for speaking engagements. Requests were made for other courses, and the original course was converted to an ebook that sells on auto-pilot at Amazon.com. In less than a year, he became a recognized “expert” that could get full-fee private-pay clients without any marketing. Furthermore, he had created a passive stream of income that pays him money while he sleeps.
